Hi All,

We are looking for an experienced CA to lead end-to-end financial operations from statutory compliance and taxation to MIS reporting and financial governance for a growing organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical rigor, deep regulatory knowledge, and the ability to align financial planning with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to statutory regulations
- Manage tax compliance including GST, Income Tax, and TDS filings within statutory timelines
- Deliver MIS reports, cash flow analysis, and fund/liquidity planning to support management decision-making
- Oversee accounts finalization, reconciliation, and audit readiness (internal and external audits)
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, coordinating with Company Secretary for statutory filings
- Strengthen internal controls and financial governance frameworks
- Lead or support ERP implementation and process automation initiatives (e.g., SAP)
- Manage working capital optimization and fund utilization strategies
- Establish and refine SOPs to improve process efficiency and consistency




- Mentor and manage a small accounts/finance team
