Role Description The Channel Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners to drive sales of Asset Tree Homes’ projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing channel sales strategies, maintaining strong relationships with partners, and providing them with product knowledge, marketing support, and pricing information.

Manager will track partner performance, prepare sales forecasts and reports,



and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and efficient sales operations. The role also involves regular field visits, market research, and participation in promotional events to increase brand visibility and sales.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Channel Sales and working with Channel Partners to achieve sales targets.
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, including pipeline management and deal closure.
- Experience delivering high-quality Customer Service throughout the sales cycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
- Prior experience in real estate or related industries preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, conduct field visits, and travel locally as needed.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office, and basic sales reporting techniques.
