Role Description The Certification Head is a full-time, in office role based in Sanchore JALORE RAJASTHAN , responsible for overseeing all certification, compliance, and audit activities across the organization’s supply chain and processing operations. The role includes managing organic, sustainability, and quality certifications, coordinating with certifying bodies, and ensuring that documentation and processes meet national and international standards.

The Certification

Head will work closely with farming projects, sourcing, production,



and quality teams to maintain traceability and uphold regulatory and customer requirements. Daily responsibilities involve planning and supervising internal audits, maintaining certification records, leading corrective actions, training staff on compliance requirements, and preparing reports for management and external stakeholders. The role also includes continuous improvement of certification systems to support the company’s domestic and global expansion.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of organic, sustainability, and quality certification standards (e.g., NPOP, USDA-NOP, EU Organic, JAS, COR, FSA, ROC, Fair TSA, ISO, FSSAI, HACCP, GMP) and proven experience managing audits and compliance.
- Expertise in documentation, traceability systems, and process controls across farm-level sourcing, processing, and export operations.
- Experience coordinating with certifying agencies, regulatory bodies, and customers, including preparing
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Agriculture, Food Technology, Quality Management, Environmental Science, or a
