Centre Manager – Frameboxx 2.0 | Dadar, Mumbai

Frameboxx 2.0, a leading institute in Animation, VFX, Gaming, Graphics and Design education, is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Centre Manager to manage and grow our Dadar centre.

This is a hands-on leadership role involving centre operations, admissions, sales, team management and student experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Take complete ownership of the day-to-day operations of the centre
- Drive student admissions and achieve monthly/quarterly enrolment and revenue targets
- Manage, motivate and monitor the performance of the counselling and centre team
- Handle leads, counselling, follow-ups and admissions conversion
- Build robust relationships with students and parents
- Ensure a high-quality student experience throughout the student journey
- Plan and execute local marketing activities, seminars, workshops and promotional activities
- Monitor centre performance, lead conversion, collections and other key KPIs
- Coordinate with academic and management teams to ensure smooth centre operations
- Identify opportunities to increase admissions and overall centre revenue




- Maintain professional standards across the centre and ensure operational processes are followed

What We’re Looking For

- 3–6 years of experience in education, training, sales or centre management
- Prior experience managing an education/training centre will be an advantage
- Strong sales orientation with a proven ability to achieve targets
- Excellent communication, counselling and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing and motivating a team
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills
- Ability to independently manage centre operations and take ownership of results
- Comfortable interacting with students, parents and working professionals
- Candidates from the education, vocational training, coaching, ed-tech or similar sectors are preferred
