Centre Head – Preschool & Daycare

Location: Noida Extension / Greater Noida West

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, energetic and result-oriented Centre Head to manage the overall operations, team, parent relationships and growth of our preschool and daycare centre.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead, supervise and motivate teachers, daycare staff and support staff.
- Handle parent enquiries, counselling, follow-ups and admissions.
- Drive new admissions, lead conversion and centre revenue.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing parents and ensure parent satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor children’s safety, hygiene, discipline and overall well-being.
- Ensure proper implementation of academic activities, routines and centre policies.
- Handle parent concerns and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, discipline and daily responsibilities.
- Coordinate events, activities, celebrations and parent engagement initiatives.
- Maintain centre records, reports, fee follow-ups and operational documentation.
- Ensure the centre is clean, organised, safe and welcoming.




- Coordinate with management and provide regular updates on admissions, revenue, attendance, staffing and centre performance.
- Take ownership of the centre’s overall academic, operational and business performance.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in preschool, daycare, education, hospitality or a customer-facing management role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership and team-management abilities.
- Confident in parent counselling and admission conversion.
- Valuable organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities independently.
- Passionate about working with children and families.
- Should be target-oriented, presentable, responsible and proactive.

What We Expect The Centre Head should be the face and owner of the centre’s daily functioning—someone who can manage people, parents, children and business responsibilities with equal maturity.
