Are you passionate about shaping young minds and leading with purpose? The Harmony Tree is looking for a dynamic and nurturing Centre Head to lead our Sopan Baug centre and create an inspiring setting where children, educators, and families thrive.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or Education (preferred but not mandatory)

✅ Proven leadership experience in a preschool or early learning environment

✅ Strong understanding of child development, play-based learning, and early years best practices

✅ Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills

✅ Highly organised, dependable,



and confident in managing day-to-day centre operations
