Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement of MS/SS plates, sheets, pipes, structural sections, welding consumables, fasteners, fittings, electrical items, and other fabrication materials.
- Develop, evaluate, and manage suppliers and subcontractors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial conditions.
- Ensure timely procurement as per production and project requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Design, Quality, Finance, and Projects teams.
- Review supplier performance for quality, delivery, cost, and service.
- Identify alternate suppliers and drive cost-reduction initiatives.
- Ensure procurement is aligned with approved specifications, drawings, and company procedures.
- Monitor open POs, material delivery schedules, and pending procurement requirements.
- Maintain purchase MIS, supplier records,



quotation comparisons, and procurement documentation.
- Handle supplier negotiations and resolve material quality, delivery, and commercial issues.
- Support development of long-term strategic supplier partnerships.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate/Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in industrial fabrication, heavy engineering, manufacturing, automotive, or similar industries.
- Robust experience in handling centralized procurement and vendor management.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
