Primary Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements

- Candidate should have experience of Operation management preferably from Housing Finance Industry.

Having

Knowledge of Loan Life Cycle management

- NACH Presentation and collection

- Loan Foreclosure, Part Payment, Re-pricing, Loan Restructuring, Loan Re-schedulement

- Should have positive understanding of accounting entries.

- Knowledge of reconciliation & Audit

- Support various stakeholders on regulatory audit request

- Knowledge of system enhancement of Loan management system (LMS), BRD preparation & UAT for related role

- Experience in Team Management

- Working knowledge of Power Bi, SQL and other data analytics tools will be an added advantage.
