Job Profile: Center Manager

Job Location: Jharsuguda, Odisha

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and performance)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall day-to-day operations of the training center.
- Ensure smooth functioning of training, mobilization, and placement activities.
- Manage and coordinate trainers, mobilizers, and center staff.
- Monitor student enrollment, attendance, training quality, and center performance.
- Achieve assigned targets related to mobilization, admissions, training, and placements.
- Maintain center records, MIS reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the management team and provide regular performance updates.
- Handle student/trainee concerns and ensure timely resolution.




- Ensure compliance with project guidelines and company processes.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Center Management / Skill Development / Education / Training operations.
- Valuable communication and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and basic MIS reporting.
- Ability to manage targets and work independently.
- Candidates with experience in government/skill development projects will be preferred.
