Role Description The Center Head – Skin Care Clinic is a full-time, on-site role based at Trinity Super Speciality Eye Hospital in Palghat (Palakkad), Kerala. The role involves overseeing daily operations of the skin care clinic, ensuring smooth patient flow, and maintaining high standards of clinical care and service.

Responsibilities include supervising clinical and support staff, coordinating appointment schedules, monitoring treatment protocols, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality guidelines.

The Center

Head will collaborate with medical professionals to design and implement skin care programs, manage patient consultations and follow-ups, and address patient concerns in a timely manner. The role also includes managing clinic budgets, optimizing resources, supporting marketing initiatives,



tracking performance metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement of services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong foundational skills in Medicine and Healthcare, with experience in clinical operations or skin care services.
- Candidates should possess skills in Medical Education and Research to support evidence-based protocols, staff training, and continuous clinical improvement.
- Candidates should possess relevant knowledge in Dentistry or related specialties if applicable to integrated facial aesthetics or multi-disciplinary care.
- Candidates should possess leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, staff development, and performance management.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient counseling, conflict resolution, and coordination with medical teams.
- Candidates should possess solid organizational and administrative abilities, including scheduling, resource planning, and quality assurance.
- Relevant medical or healthcare qualification (e.g., MBBS, BDS, dermatology or cosmetology specialization, or equivalent) is preferred; prior experience in managing a clinic or healthcare center is an advantage.
- Comfort with clinical documentation, basic healthcare IT systems, and adherence to regulatory and ethical standards is expected.
