Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, energetic, and result-oriented Center Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our center in Purulia, West Bengal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth center operations, managing staff, coordinating with students/customers, achieving business targets, and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the center.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate the center staff.
- Ensure smooth coordination between management, staff, students/customers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor attendance, schedules, records, and daily activities.
- Handle customer/student queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Work towards achieving admission, enrollment, sales, or operational targets.
- Maintain accurate reports, documentation, and center records.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive experience.
- Plan and implement activities to improve center performance and growth.




- Coordinate with the head office and submit regular updates and reports.
- Maintain discipline, professionalism, and operational standards within the center.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Previous experience in center management, branch management, operations, administration, sales, or team handling is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
