Role Summary:

The Center Coordinator will be responsible for the overall coordination, administration, and smooth functioning. The role involves managing daily operations, coordinating with medical and non-medical staff, ensuring compliance with donor and organizational guidelines, and acting as a key liaison between the clinic, community, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- - Ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

- Coordinate with doctors, paramedical staff, and support staff for service delivery

- Maintain patient records, OPD registers, and clinic documentation

- Ensure availability of medicines, consumables, and equipment; raise indents as required

- Support implementation of health camps, outreach activities, and awareness sessions

- Liaise with community leaders, local stakeholders, and partners for mobilization

- Ensure compliance with donor requirements, reporting formats, and timelines

- Assist in preparation and submission of monthly reports, data, and documentation

- Monitor attendance, duty rosters, and basic HR coordination at the center

- Support audits,



monitoring visits, and donor reviews

- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and organizational protocols

Qualifications & Experience:

- - Education: MSW / MHA / Public Health / Social Sciences or related field

- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in healthcare projects, clinics, or NGOs

- Prior experience in donor-funded or CSR projects will be an advantage

Preferred Attributes:

- - Local candidate or familiarity with the project area

- Ability to join immediately

- Willingness to work in field-based healthcare settings
