Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CDP Bakery Pastry role based in Gurugram. The position involves preparing and baking a variety of pastries, breads, and cookies, ensuring consistency in taste, texture, and presentation. The CDP will follow standard recipes, maintain quality control, and assist in developing current menu items.

Daily responsibilities include organizing ingredients, managing baking schedules, overseeing food preparation in the bakery section, and ensuring proper storage and rotation of products. The role also includes maintaining hygiene and safety standards, coordinating with kitchen staff,



and supporting smooth service during peak hours.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in bakery operations, including bakery production and workflow management.
- Candidates should possess practical baking skills, with experience in preparing a range of baked goods.
- Candidates should possess food preparation skills, including measuring, mixing, and handling ingredients safely.
- Candidates should possess specific expertise in producing cookies and related baked items with consistent quality.
- Candidates should possess skills in artisan and commercial bread making, including dough preparation and baking techniques.
- Formal culinary or bakery/pastry training or certification is preferred.
- Previous experience in a professional bakery or hotel pastry kitchen is an advantage.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen sanitation procedures is required.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, follow instructions, and manage time effectively.
