We are looking for an experienced Centre Head to take ownership of our Chennai centre — driving people, operations, customer experience, sales, renewals, and revenue growth.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Centre & Operations Management

- Own the day-to-day operations and overall functioning of the centre.
- Ensure a welcoming, organized, and efficient centre environment.
- Manage administration, utilities, supplies, housekeeping, maintenance, and other operational requirements.

People & Team Leadership

- Lead teachers and non-teaching staff, including scheduling, attendance, leaves, and performance.
- Build a collaborative, accountable, and positive team culture.
- Resolve team concerns and ensure smooth coordination across functions.

Learner & Parent Experience

- Build strong relationships with learners and parents.
- Address concerns, resolve escalations, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Create a consistently excellent learner experience throughout the journey.

Sales & Revenue

- Own centre-level sales and revenue targets.
- Handle walk-ins, understand customer needs, present offerings, and convert enquiries into enrollments.
- Coach and support the Academic Counsellor to improve conversions.
- Drive learner renewals and retention through proactive engagement and issue resolution.

Growth & Business Performance

- Identify opportunities to improve enrolments, retention,



and centre revenue.
- Track performance metrics and use data to drive decisions.
- Implement initiatives that improve learner engagement and overall centre performance.

What We’re Looking For

- 5 years of experience in Centre Management, Branch Management, Operations, Sales, Customer Success, or other customer-facing leadership roles.
- Strong experience in team management, customer relationship management, sales, and operations.
- Proven ability to handle customer escalations and build long-term relationships.
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving sales, renewals, or revenue.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, productivity tools, MIS/reporting dashboards, and data.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Arts, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
