Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Catalogue Manager to oversee partner store onboarding and menu digital management. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up partner store profiles, organizing high-quality menus and visual assets, reviewing essential legal/compliance documents, and ensuring seamless store activation on our platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Catalog & Menu Creation: Upload, format, and structure partner store menus, item descriptions, pricing, and modifier lists accurately.
- Image & Visual Asset Quality: Audit, edit, and optimize food and store images to maintain high visual standards across the app/platform.
- Document Verification: Inspect and verify merchant onboarding documents (business licenses, FSSAI/tax documents, bank details, partner agreements) for legal compliance.
- Store Activation: Coordinate with partner stores and internal teams to test and activate store accounts on schedule.
- Content Auditing & Updates: Regularly audit active store catalogs for pricing accuracy, out-of-stock items, and menu updates requested by merchant partners.
- Merchant Support:



Serve as the point of contact for store owners regarding catalog adjustments, menu troubleshooting, and listing enhancements.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in catalog management, data entry, store onboarding, or operational content management (experience in food delivery, e-commerce, or hyper-local delivery platforms is highly preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets, data handling, and basic image editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, or web-based image resizers).
- Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for accuracy in content formatting, spelling, pricing structure, and document validation.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for smooth coordination with partner stores and internal management.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet onboarding deadlines, and resolve store listing issues efficiently.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent practical experience.
