Tasks

Your main tasks include, among others:

- Manage customer enquiries and shipment bookings in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate effectively with freight forwarders, General Sales and Service Agents (GSSAs) and internal stakeholders
- Monitor shipment movements and proactively resolve service-related issues
- Ensure compliance with airline procedures, operational requirements and service standards
- Support daily cargo operations while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

- University degree or graduation required




- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant customer service experience in airline cargo, freight forwarding, General Sales and Service Agents (GSSA) or air cargo operations
- Must possess legal work permit in India
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of South Indian languages is an advantage
- Robust communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused approach with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced operational environment
