Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for Service & Commissioning Engineers in the pharma machinery and capital equipment industry. The role involves installing, testing, and commissioning mechanical and electro-mechanical equipment at client sites, ensuring systems are configured and functioning according to technical specifications and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, performing routine and preventive maintenance, and coordinating with design, production, and quality teams to resolve technical problems. The position also requires preparing service and commissioning reports,



providing technical guidance to customers on equipment operation and safety, and supporting after-sales service activities to maintain high customer satisfaction. Travel to customer locations and adherence to industry-specific safety and compliance norms will be an integral part of the day-to-day work.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Testing and Testing of machinery and capital equipment.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience as Commissioning Engineers, including on-site commissioning and validation of equipment.
- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting capabilities for mechanical and electrical issues in complex pharma machinery.
- Candidates should possess a good foundation in Electrical Engineering principles relevant to industrial equipment and automation.
- B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or relevant discipline) from a recognized institution.
- 2–8 years of experience in service, installation, and commissioning within the pharma machinery or capital equipment sector.
- Knowledge of GMP requirements, safety standards, and documentation practices in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
- Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, P&IDs;, and technical manuals, with robust problem-solving and customer-service orientation.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and client teams.
