Role Description This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Vishakhapatnam for Quality Assurance (₹15 LPA) and Quality Control (₹8 LPA) roles in the pharmaceutical industry.

Quality

Assurance professionals will oversee compliance with regulatory and company standards, develop and implement SOPs, review documentation, conduct internal audits, manage deviations and CAPAs, and support validation and qualification activities.

Quality

Control professionals will perform routine analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products,



maintain laboratory records, calibrate and operate analytical instruments, and ensure adherence to Good Laboratory Practices. Both roles will collaborate closely with production, R&D;, and regulatory teams to maintain product quality, support inspections, and contribute to continuous improvement in quality systems.

Qualifications

- Career Counseling and Career Development skills to guide pharma professionals toward suitable QA and QC opportunities and growth paths.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and client organizations.
- Analytical Skills to assess candidate profiles, interpret role requirements, and match talent with specific QA and QC responsibilities.
- Relevant educational background such as a degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotech, or related life sciences; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Practical knowledge of GMP, GLP, regulatory guidelines (e.g., WHO, USFDA), and quality systems commonly used in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Experience in pharma Quality Assurance or Quality Control, including documentation, audits, testing methods, and use of analytical instruments.
- Ability to work in office in Vishakhapatnam, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain high attention to detail and integrity.
