Are you an experienced education sales professional who understands the online higher-education market?

College Vidya is looking for passionate professionals who can guide prospective learners towards the right Online UG & PG Degree Programs while driving admissions and business growth.

? What You’ll Do

- Connect with prospective students through calls, emails and meetings
- Understand learners’ academic and career aspirations
- Counsel students on suitable Online UG/PG programs
- Explain program structure, university options and career outcomes
- Guide applicants throughout the complete admission & enrolment journey
- Convert leads and consistently achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets
- Maintain accurate follow-ups and student records through CRM
- Build strong relationships with prospective learners and handle objections effectively

? Key Performance Metrics
- 200+ unique calls/dials per day
- Minimum 2 hours of talk time daily
- 8–12 admissions per month
- Monthly revenue target of ₹5–7 Lakhs





? What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Academic Counselling / Student Advisory
- Experience specifically in Online Higher Education / Online Degree Counselling preferred
- Robust communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM platforms such as LeadSquared, Salesforce or Zoho is an advantage
- Strong understanding of online learning and digital education
- Target-driven, self-motivated and customer-centric approach
