Role Description: The Care Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across iklo’s partner care centres. This role includes coordinating with centre partners to ensure adherence to iklo’s Quality Protocol and safety standards, monitoring service delivery, and resolving operational issues promptly.

The Care Operations

Manager will track performance metrics, manage schedules and capacity, and support smooth onboarding of new centres. In addition, this role involves collaborating with internal teams to improve processes, gathering feedback from parents and partners, and implementing operational enhancements that elevate the overall care experience.

Qualifications

- Experience in operations management,



ideally within childcare, education, hospitality, or service-oriented environments.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and relationship building with external partners and internal teams.
- Ability to design, implement, and monitor operational processes and quality standards.
- Competence in data tracking, basic reporting, and using digital tools or platforms for day-to-day operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy, professionalism, and service orientation.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in fast-paced, energetic environments.
- Comfort working on-site across centres in Bengaluru, including occasional field visits and centre audits.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, social sciences, education, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Previous experience in childcare, early education, or parent-facing services is an advantage but not mandatory.
