Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Car Driver role based in Kalyan Dombivli.

The Car

Driver will be responsible for safely operating vehicles for local and outstation trips, following all traffic rules and company policies. Daily tasks include picking up and dropping off passengers on time, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, conducting basic vehicle checks, and reporting any maintenance issues.

assist with luggage when required, and ensure a comfortable and professional travel experience. The role also involves coordinating routes with the dispatch team, keeping necessary documents up to date, and adhering to schedules and service standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with diverse passengers and corporate clients.
- Candidates should possess Service Quality and Training-related skills to follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and continuously improve driving and service standards.
- Candidates should possess Automotive-related skills, including confident driving, basic vehicle inspections, and understanding of road safety and traffic regulations.
- Valid commercial or appropriate driving license with a clean driving record.
- Good knowledge of Mumbai, Kalyan, Thane, Navi Mumbai routes and willingness to travel outstation.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Minimum educational qualification of secondary school level; prior professional driving experience in travel or transport services is an advantage.
