- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the assigned F&B; outlet.
2)Lead the service team and allocate duties effectively.
3)Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest queries or complaints professionally.
- Maintain high standards of food, beverage, hygiene, and service quality.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
- Train and guide Stewards and other junior team members.
- Monitor table setup, order taking, billing, and service procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards.
9)Assist the Outlet Manager in achieving operational and guest satisfaction targets.
10)Maintain a professional and welcoming workplace throughout the outlet.
