Job Overview:

We are looking for a customer-focused Car Rental Agent to manage rental bookings, customer inquiries, vehicle coordination, and day-to-day rental operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle car rental bookings, inquiries, cancellations, and modifications.
- Coordinate vehicle availability, pickup, and drop-off schedules.
- Assist customers with vehicle selection, pricing, rental terms, and policies.
- Prepare rental documents and maintain accurate customer records.
- Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and fleet/operations teams.
- Follow up on payments, confirmations, and pending bookings.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Ensure smooth operations and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in car rental, travel, tourism, or hospitality.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with booking systems.
- Travel industry experience will be mandatory.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹30,806.43 per month
