Support the management and evaluation of retail, F&B;, duty-free, lounge, car rental, car parking and other commercial bids across airport assets. Conduct technical and financial evaluation of bids and assist in package-wise bid assessments. Develop and review evaluation methodologies, scoring frameworks, financial models, and bid assessment approaches.

Perform commercial analysis, bidder eligibility reviews, compliance checks, and bid governance activities. Support techno-commercial evaluations and preparation of evaluation reports, recommendations, and management presentations. Coordinate with airport commercial teams, legal teams, finance teams, and external stakeholders throughout the bid lifecycle.

Analyze concessionaire financials, assess commercial viability, and benchmark retail performance. Drive client discussions, facilitate workshops, and present key findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders. What are we looking for?

4-7 years of experience in management consulting, transaction advisory, commercial advisory, infrastructure consulting, or airport consulting.

Experience supporting bid process management, procurement advisory, bid evaluations,



commercial due diligence, or concession advisory engagements.

Strong financial modelling and business case development skills.

Experience in airports, transportation, infrastructure, real estate, retail, hospitality, or public sector projects preferred.

Strong analytical, stakeholder management, report writing, and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced client environment.

MBA/PGDM, CA, CFA, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent qualification preferred. Preferred experience:

Airport commercial planning and concession management.

Retail, F&B;, duty-free, and commercial space advisory.

Bid evaluation frameworks and procurement governance.

Revenue modelling and commercial assessment.
