Role Description The Camp Partnership Associate (Healthcare) is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for coordinating and managing healthcare camp partnerships, including identifying potential partner organizations, maintaining relationships with hospitals, clinics, and NGOs, and supporting the implementation of health camps. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling and organizing camp activities, managing documentation and reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines, and coordinating with internal teams for logistics and resources.
The associate will also track performance metrics, gather feedback from partners and camp participants, and support continuous improvement of camp operations.
The role involves regular communication, on-ground coordination, and proactive problem-solving to ensure successful healthcare camp delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with healthcare providers, partner organizations, and internal teams.
- Experience in healthcare operations, community outreach, or camp/event management, preferably within a clinical or public health setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfort with in office coordination, fieldwork, and working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office or equivalent) and familiarity with data entry and reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Ability to work in Gurugram on a full-time basis and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient welfare, ethical practices, and high standards of professionalism.
