Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Caller at Texinvento Fashion Exports. The Caller will handle outbound and inbound calls with customers, buyers, and partners to share product information, clarify requirements, and support order processing. Daily responsibilities include following up on leads, confirming order details, collecting feedback, and maintaining accurate call records in internal systems.





The Caller will coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure timely communication, resolve basic inquiries, and escalate complex issues when needed. The role also involves adhering to communication guidelines, meeting call targets, and contributing to a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with clear and professional phone etiquette.
- Customer service and relationship-building capabilities, including handling queries and resolving basic issues.
- Basic sales and follow-up skills to nurture leads, support conversions, and encourage repeat business.
- Data entry and documentation abilities to maintain accurate call logs and customer information.
- Comfort with remote work, including reliable internet access and ability to manage time and productivity independently.
- Familiarity with fashion or export industry processes is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree in business, communications, or related field is beneficial.
