- Position: Call Audit Executive
- Location: Kolkata
- Job Type: Full-Time | On-site
- Experience: 1–2 Years
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Call Audit Executive to monitor and evaluate sales calls and ensure adherence to quality standards, processes, and compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong listening and analytical skills, a good understanding of sales conversations, and the ability to identify performance gaps and provide constructive feedback to improve overall sales quality and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Listen to and audit sales calls to evaluate quality, accuracy, process adherence, and compliance.
- Review and cross-check feedback provided by Sales Executives.
- Identify performance gaps, errors, process deviations, and areas for improvement.
- Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to Sales Executives.
- Maintain accurate daily call audit records and reports using MS Excel.
- Track audit findings and identify recurring issues, trends, and performance gaps.
- Prepare regular quality and audit reports for management review.
- Coordinate with Sales and relevant teams to address quality concerns and support continuous improvement.
- Ensure consistent implementation of call quality standards and processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling call audit data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- 1–2 years of experience in Call Auditing, Quality Analysis, Sales Quality, Call Monitoring, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and observation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with an analytical and quality-focused mindset.
- Ability to objectively evaluate sales conversations and identify key performance gaps.
- Solid reporting and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with teams.
- LMS knowledge and hands-on experience will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience in an EdTech, Inside Sales, sales-driven environment will be preferred.
- Should have a strong understanding of sales calls and customer interactions.
- Should be comfortable working with large volumes of call audits and maintaining daily reports.
- Should be proactive in identifying recurring quality issues and suggesting improvements.
