Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day café operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.
- Supervise, manage and allocate duties to café staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor daily sales, targets, billing and cash handling.
- Manage inventory, stock levels and procurement of food, beverages and packaging materials.
- Control wastage and maintain proper stock records.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely supply of required materials.
- Prepare and maintain daily sales, stock and operational reports.
- Train, motivate and manage the café team.




- Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies.
- Take responsibility for overall café performance, customer satisfaction and profitability.

Candidate Requirements:
- 12th Pass / Graduate.
- 2–5 years of experience in Café, Restaurant, QSR, F&B; or Retail Management.
- Robust leadership and team-management skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of billing, inventory and cash management.
- Target-oriented and capable of handling day-to-day operational pressure.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Presentable, responsible and customer-focused.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
