Here’s an exciting opportunity to work with an engineering team developing next-generation EV, CVT, DCT & Hybrid Powertrain technologies.

Location: Pune

Experience: 6+ Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech – Mechanical / Automotive / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics or related

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of the Powertrain Engineering Team, working on advanced powertrain technologies and responsible for:

Drivability calibration – Launch, Creep, Shift Quality, Torque Coordination, Tip-in/Tip-out & Drive Modes

Calibration & tuning of transmission control strategies for CVT, DCT, EV & Hybrid Powertrains

Conduct testing on Dynamometers, Test Benches & Vehicles

Perform testing on Test Tracks and Public Roads, analyze data and resolve calibration issues

Support Vehicle Integration, Demo Builds & Calibration Events

Collaborate with System, Software & Hardware teams for root-cause analysis

Improve calibration & testing methodologies for better efficiency and effectiveness

Prepare detailed test reports,



calibration documentation & technical analysis

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

6+ years of hands-on experience in Transmission / Electrified Powertrain Calibration

Strong understanding of Vehicle Drivability & Powertrain Controls

Experience in CVT Shift Strategy / DCT Clutch Control is highly preferred

Hands-on exposure to ETAS INCA, CANape, CANalyzer or similar calibration tools

Good understanding of CAN, Diagnostics, Signals & Vehicle Networks

Experience in OEM / Tier-1 automotive development environment

Knowledge of Python / CAPL / Bash / PERL / Java will be an added advantage

Robust troubleshooting, debugging, data analysis and problem-solving skills

Passion for Automotive Software, Powertrain Technology & Vehicle Development
