Key Responsibilities

Conduct software training for college students and corporate employees.

Provide technical support and guidance to students and industry professionals.

Manage batches, training schedules and related activities.

Support corporate training programs.

Develop and deliver training content based on industry requirements.

Stay updated with current technologies and design tools.

Prepare training reports and maintain necessary documentation.

Build strong relationships with students, professionals and industry clients.

Help students understand real-world design and engineering applications.

Assist students in developing practical design concepts from concept to reality.

Support students in identifying their technical strengths and areas for improvement.

Assist in projects,



prototypes and product-design-related activities.

Strong knowledge of Mechanical Design & Engineering concepts.

Hands-on experience with the mentioned design software.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Problem-solving and analytical ability.

Passion for teaching, training and technical development.

Ability to work collaboratively with students and industry professionals.
