The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented team player who will oversee the entire order process. You will review proposals, negotiate prices, select the best suppliers, analyze trends, follow up with placed orders, verify delivery, approve payment, and maintain necessary records.

Procurement & Sourcing

- Source and procure materials, components, and services required for production.
- Obtain quotations from approved suppliers and evaluate price, quality, delivery, and service.
- Issue purchase orders in accordance with company policies and ERP requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts with suppliers.
- Identify and develop alternative suppliers to reduce supply chain risks.

Supplier Management

- Maintain solid relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable supply.
- Monitor supplier performance related to quality, cost, and delivery.
- Conduct supplier reviews and participate in supplier audits as required.
- Resolve supplier issues, including delivery delays, quality concerns, and invoice discrepancies.





Inventory & Production Support

- Collaborate with production planning and inventory teams to ensure material availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and support inventory optimization initiatives.
- Expedite critical orders to prevent production disruptions.
- Analyze demand forecasts and adjust purchasing plans accordingly.

Cost Reduction & Continuous Improvement

- Identify opportunities for cost savings through negotiations, supplier consolidation, and process improvements.
- Support value engineering and cost reduction projects.
- Monitor market trends, commodity prices, and supply chain risks.

Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, contracts, and supplier documentation.
- Support quality management and environmental compliance requirements.
