- Coordinate property visits, virtual tours, and meetings between buyers and property owners.
- Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
- Handle customer objections and provide accurate information to support purchase decisions.
- Facilitate negotiations and communication between buyers and sellers to support deal closure.
- Promote related services such as home loans, legal assistance,



property registration, and other value-added offerings.
- Coordinate with sales, field, legal, finance, and operations teams for smooth transaction processing.
- Maintain accurate customer information, lead status, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned buyer acquisition, sales, revenue, and conversion targets.
- Build robust customer relationships and encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Resolve customer queries promptly and ensure a smooth end-to-end buying experience.
- Follow company sales processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
