Location: Chevayur, Kozhikode ( *Hybrid / REMOTE)
Employment Type:* Full-time (Regular Position)
Salary:* ₹15,000 per month + Attractive Incentive Scheme based on the sales
#Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students across Tamil Nadu
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into student admissions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners
- Guide students in selecting the right courses based on their needs
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets through effective counselling
Requirements
- Fluency in Tamil (Read,
Write & Speak) is Mandatory
- Good command of English
- Minimum 3 months of experience in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, or Academic Counselling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset and positive attitude
