Analyst Role Description: The Analyst is responsible for independently configuring, maintaining, and optimizing system setups to support business operations and client requirements. This role demands strong technical expertise, data-driven decision-making, adaptability to evolving priorities, and effective collaboration across cross-functional teams. The Analyst serves as a subject matter expert within the setup and configuration function, ensuring the accurate, timely, and high-quality delivery of configuration services while continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes, quality, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and translate them into accurate and productive system configurations. Perform validation, testing, and quality assurance reviews prior to implementation. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve configuration-related issues, escalating when additional expertise or support is required.

Effectively manage workload while consistently meeting quality, productivity, and service-level objectives. Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready documentation in compliance with governance and operational standards. Collaborate with team members by providing support when needed and proactively seeking assistance to ensure delivery of work timely.

Actively engage with stakeholders, listen to concerns, and incorporate feedback into solutions and recommendations. Adapt effectively to changing business priorities, client requirements, and operational demands while maintaining service quality. Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and customer experience.

Required Skills: Strong knowledge of the U.S.

Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and resolve system and configuration issues. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or related disciplines Experience: 2-4 years of experience in setup, configuration, implementation, system administration, operations, or related functions. Prior experience with Alight / Aon / Wipro is an added advantage.
