Candidates require 3–5 years’ consulting/planning/analytics experience, robust problem solving, and advanced Excel skills. Preferred exposure to FMCG/eComm/ Consulting clients and tools like Power BI. The role demands commercial acumen, structured thinking, and stakeholder management in a fast paced retail environment.
