- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to ensure clarity and usability.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align process design with strategic goals.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and design business processes that meet organizational needs.
- Experience in documenting complex workflows and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive consensus and alignment.
- Familiarity with process modeling techniques and tools to visualize and communicate process designs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify challenges and develop practical solutions within process frameworks.
