Help Shape Enterprise Processes and Business Architecture

We are looking for an experienced Business Process Architect / Process Documentation Consultant to support enterprise-scale business process modelling, documentation, governance, and architecture initiatives for a major global organisation.

This role sits at the intersection of Business Process Management (BPM), Enterprise Architecture, and Business Analysis . You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into structured process models and enterprise architecture artifacts.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with BizzDesign, ARIS, Sparx Enterprise Architect, or similar EA/BPMS platforms , combined with a strong understanding of process modelling and architecture governance.

What You'll Do

Business Process & Architecture

- Gather and analyse business requirements and conduct impact assessments.
- Create, maintain, and publish enterprise business process models.
- Develop and maintain business architecture artifacts.
- Integrate business processes with Enterprise Business Models (EBM).
- Ensure process documentation follows established architecture standards and governance requirements.

Process Governance & Improvement

- Maintain quality and consistency across enterprise process documentation.
- Support process governance and architecture best practices.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
- Contribute to enterprise-scale process transformation initiatives.





Stakeholder & Architecture Collaboration

- Partner with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and delivery teams.
- Translate business requirements into structured process and architecture outputs.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions around business architecture and process modelling.
- Deliver training sessions on business architecture concepts and standards.

What We're Looking For ✔ 7–12 years of experience in Business Process Management, Process Documentation, or Enterprise Architecture.

✔ Hands-on experience with BizzDesign, ARIS, Sparx Enterprise Architect, or similar EA/BPMS tools .

✔ Solid understanding of Business Process Modeling .

✔ Knowledge of ArchiMate and Enterprise Business Model integration.

✔ Experience supporting enterprise-scale process transformation initiatives.

✔ Knowledge of architecture frameworks and governance processes; TOGAF is preferred .

✔ Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.

✔ Exposure to Solution Architecture, Solution Evaluation, and Data Analysis.

Nice to Have

⭐ Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, APIM, or Azure AD.

⭐ Knowledge of GitHub.

⭐ Exposure to up-to-date SDLC and DevOps practices.

⭐ Experience facilitating architecture or business process workshops.
