About the Role

Assamica Agro is building a growing business in tea, herbs, spices and other value-added products for domestic and international markets.

We are looking for a smart, proactive and highly responsible Business Operations & E-Commerce Executive to work closely with management and coordinate multiple areas including Amazon/Flipkart, exports, market research, new product launches, vendors, packaging, procurement and logistics.

This is not a routine back-office position. We are looking for a high-potential candidate who can learn quickly, take ownership and gradually grow into a larger business operations role.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce & Marketplaces

- Coordinate product listings and operations on Amazon, Flipkart and other e-commerce/quick-commerce platforms.
- Work with external agencies for listing, product photography, content, advertising and marketplace activities.
- Monitor listings, inventory, orders, fulfilment and operational issues.
- Coordinate marketplace reports and settlements with the Accounts team.

Export & International Business

- Coordinate export enquiries, samples, quotations and international orders.
- Communicate and follow up with buyers.
- Coordinate export documentation, freight forwarders, CHA, couriers and logistics partners.
- Maintain buyer, enquiry and shipment records.

Market Research & Business Development

- Research domestic and international markets, competitors, pricing and product opportunities.
- Identify potential buyers, distributors, vendors and business partners.
- Prepare structured research and reports for management.





Product Launch & Vendor Coordination

- Coordinate new product launches from packaging and artwork to photography, listing and launch.
- Identify packaging material and other vendors.
- Obtain and compare quotations, MOQ, pricing and lead times.
- Coordinate samples and follow up with vendors/agencies.

Business Operations

- Coordinate between product development, packaging, vendors, logistics, marketplaces and Accounts.
- Maintain operational trackers and follow up on pending activities.
- Support procurement, dispatch and general business administration.
- Prepare weekly MIS/status reports for management.
- Identify delays and operational problems and proactively follow up for resolution.

Candidate Profile We are looking for someone with:

- Solid ownership and willingness to take responsibility
- Excellent learning and problem-solving ability
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Good internet and market research ability
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously
- Comfort with digital platforms and modern AI/productivity tools
- Interest in e-commerce, exports and business development

Experience with Amazon/Flipkart, e-commerce, exports, FMCG, procurement, logistics, vendor management or business operations will be an advantage. However, experience is not mandatory for an exceptional fresher with strong aptitude and willingness to learn.
