About the Role

I'm looking for a dependable, high-ownership Business & Operations Manager to run the business side of my work end-to-end — so I can focus on delivery, not admin and chasing. This is a long-term role for someone who wants to grow with the work, not just execute a task list.

Important: candidates from a legal background will not be considered. This role is about business operations, client management, and branding — not legal knowledge. What matters far more is that you understand how to run and grow a personal service-based business, and that you genuinely take the time to understand my work, my voice, and my goals.

What You'll Own

- Client acquisition — identify, reach out to, and convert potential clients; build and manage a steady pipeline
- Scheduling & coordination — manage my calendar, meetings, deliverables, and deadlines so nothing slips
- Work tracking — keep a clear, up-to-date system of what's in progress, what's pending, and what's done
- Personal branding — help shape and maintain how I'm positioned publicly (content,



messaging, positioning across platforms)
- Execution support — turn plans and ideas into action items and follow through until they're done
- Communication — be the polished, reliable point of contact for clients and collaborators when needed

What We're Looking For

- Not from a legal background this is a strict requirement
- Solid understanding of business operations, client servicing, or personal branding (prior experience in any of these preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces independently
- Someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told; genuinely invested in understanding the work, not just managing a calendar
- Trustworthy and discreet this role involves close access to client relationships and business details
- Open to a long-term, ongoing working relationship (not a short-term project or freelance gig)
