Kagidham is building a modern sustainable packaging company, helping brands source and manage customized sustainable packaging through a trusted manufacturing network across India.

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, organized Business Operations & Marketing Executive to work closely with the Founder and help run day-to-day operations while executing marketing activities.

What You’ll Do

Manage customer orders from enquiry to delivery.

Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers & logistics partners.

Track production, dispatches and customer updates.

Maintain CRM, supplier records & operational systems.

Build and improve SOPs and processes. Coordinate social media, website & marketing activities.

Work with designers, freelancers & agencies. Support campaigns, content, catalogues and brand initiatives.





Assist the Founder with business projects.

We’re Looking For

1–4 years of experience in Operations / Marketing / Business Support.

Strong communication & organizational skills.

Positive Excel / Google Sheets skills.

Proactive, responsible & detail-oriented.

Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities.

- Willingness to learn and take ownership.

Bonus: Canva, Notion, CRM & AI tool experience.
