About the Role:

We are looking for smart, curious, and commercially minded B-school graduates to join our Business & Marketing team.

This is a cross-functional role offering exposure to market research, go-to-market strategy, product marketing, lead generation, digital marketing, and business development.

Fresh MBA/PGDM graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market, industry, competitor, customer, and account research and translate findings into actionable business insights.
- Support Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, market segmentation, ICP and buyer persona development.
- Assist with product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and competitor analysis.
- Research target accounts, prospects, and decision-makers for lead generation and business development.
- Support email, LinkedIn, digital marketing, social media, and outreach campaigns.
- Understand customer pain points and connect product capabilities with customer and business value.
- Support sales teams with market intelligence, customer insights,



presentations, and prospect research.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, content, and business teams on growth and pipeline initiatives.

Candidate Profile Mandatory: MBA / PGDM / equivalent qualification from a recognised B-School.

- Experience: 0–2 years; fresh MBA/PGDM graduates are welcome.
- Preferred specialisations: Marketing, Strategy, Business Management, International Business, or Sales.
- Solid understanding of marketing, business, GTM, market research, customer segmentation, and sales fundamentals.
- Strong research, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to learn new products, markets, and technologies quickly.
- Comfortable with Excel/spreadsheets, presentations, research tools, AI tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Proactive, organised, curious, and willing to take ownership.
