Role Description The Business Management Trainee internship is a hybrid role based in Lucknow, with some work-from-home flexibility. The trainee will support day-to-day operations, including coordinating client communication, managing internship program, assisting in project planning, and tracking timelines and deliverables for photoshoots, cinematography, and ad campaigns.

Responsibilities may include basic market research, preparing reports and presentations, helping with documentation, and supporting administrative tasks that ensure smooth business functioning. The role also involves collaborating with creative and production teams, learning how digital content services are structured and delivered, and contributing to process improvements under guidance from senior team members.

Qualifications

- Foundational business skills, including basic understanding of project coordination, operations, and client servicing.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams and clients professionally.
- Ability to use productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, and online collaboration platforms).
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Interest in digital content, media, or marketing, with willingness to learn about photoshoots, cinematography, and advertising workflows.
- Problem-solving mindset, adaptability in a fast-paced setting, and openness to feedback.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business, Management, Commerce, Media, or a related field.
- Ability to commute to Lucknow for on-site work as required and maintain reliable internet connectivity for remote tasks.
