The Role

Our client is seeking a Business Intelligence Report in the Insurance division.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a global team, providing top-tier service to existing and prospective clients while expanding the business on a product and global level.

Key Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP BusinessObjects and Microsoft Power BI.
- Expertise in Web Intelligence (WebI) , Universe Designer / IDT , Power BI Desktop , and Power BI Service.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, SAP HANA, or similar.
- Experience in data modeling , dashboard development , and report design.
- Good knowledge of DAX , Power Query / M language , and BI reporting best practices.
- Understanding of ETL and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience in report scheduling, publication, security, and access management.
- Ability to troubleshoot report issues,



performance bottlenecks, refresh failures, and data discrepancies.
- Familiarity with SAP data sources , reporting migration, and modernization initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- 4+ Years of experience in Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SAP BO and Power BI.
- Develop and support WebI reports, universes, BO objects, Power BI datasets, and dashboards.
- Gather, analyse, and document business reporting requirements.
- Create and optimize SQL queries , data extraction logic, and reporting structures.
- Perform data modeling , build measures, calculated columns, and business KPIs.
- Manage report scheduling, publishing, security, and user access.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and report performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues, refresh problems, and performance concerns.
- Support migration from SAP BO to Power BI and other BI modernization efforts.
- Collaborate with business users, ETL teams, database teams, and other technical stakeholders.
- Provide production support, user guidance, testing, and documentation.
- Recommend improvements in BI architecture, dashboard usability, and reporting standards.
