About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven and business-oriented Business Intelligence & Analytics skilled to power decision-making for the Platform Growth team at Nykaa Fashion. This role will focus on driving insights across customer growth, retention, funnel optimization, and platform performance to unlock scalable growth opportunities.

You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Category, and Tech teams to translate data into actionable strategies and influence key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Insights & Analytics

Own and deliver insights on key growth metrics: traffic, conversion, retention, AOV, LTV, and funnel performance

Identify growth opportunities through deep-dive analysis of customer behavior and platform journeys

Track and analyze performance of growth initiatives, campaigns, and product features

2. Dashboarding & Reporting

Build and maintain scalable dashboards and automated reports for leadership and cross-functional teams





Standardize key metrics and ensure data consistency across teams

Enable self-serve analytics for business stakeholders

3. Experimentation & A/B Testing

Partner with Product and Growth teams to design and evaluate A/B tests

Measure impact of experiments and provide clear recommendations

Establish best practices for experimentation and performance measurement

4. Customer & Funnel Analytics

Analyze user journeys across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention

Identify drop-offs in the funnel and recommend optimization strategies

Build segmentation frameworks for targeted growth initiatives

5. Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with Product Managers, Growth, Marketing, and Category teams

Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and solutions

Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
