Role Description The Business Head is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Chennai, responsible for driving overall business growth and strategic direction for Weboin Digital Marketing Agency. This role oversees key functions including business development, client relationship management, and operational excellence across digital marketing and web development services.

The Business

Head will lead cross-functional teams, set revenue and profitability targets, and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with client objectives and company standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing business strategies, monitoring performance metrics,



guiding sales and marketing initiatives, and identifying opportunities in target industry sectors. The role also involves mentoring team members, optimizing processes, managing budgets, and representing the agency in high-level client and partner meetings.

Qualifications

- Proven leadership experience in digital marketing, advertising, consulting, or technology services, with responsibility for business growth and P&L; management.

- Strong business development, strategic planning, and client relationship skills, including the ability to identify new markets, build partnerships, and secure long-term engagements.

- Solid understanding of digital marketing, branding, and web development services, with the ability to translate client needs into effective solutions.

- Experience managing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and implementing performance management and coaching practices.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including comfort with data-driven decision-making, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.

- Experience working with clients in sectors such as education, real estate, medical, fashion and apparel, FMCG, consumer durables, technology, retail, or infrastructure is preferred.
