Role Description The Business Head (BFSI) is a full time on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for leading and growing the BFSI business portfolio. This role involves developing and executing business strategies, identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and overseeing key accounts within the BFSI segment.

The Business

Head will coordinate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions that meet client requirements and align with organizational goals. Daily responsibilities include setting revenue targets, managing pipelines, reviewing performance metrics, and ensuring high service standards and compliance with industry regulations. The role also includes mentoring team members, representing the company in industry forums, and providing regular business updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated leadership experience in the BFSI sector, including business development, account management, and strategy execution.




- Strong understanding of banking, financial services, and insurance products, market trends, regulatory environment, and customer experience drivers.
- Proven ability to build and maintain senior-level client relationships, negotiate complex deals, and manage long-term partnerships.
- Excellent skills in financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- Experience leading and mentoring high-performing teams, with a focus on goal setting, feedback, and capability building.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Mumbai, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
