- The business finance team will partner with the internal business stakeholders and drive decision support on finance issues. The primary purpose of the team is as follows:
- Business performance reporting: Develop reporting and dashboards of business performance metrics appropriate to different audiences
- Data analytics: Generate actionable insights based on historical trend analysis,



variance from plan and deep dive of business key performance indicators
- Finance business partnering: Partner with the business stakeholders to identify, develop and implement action plans to improve financial performance
- Co-own TMRW planning and budgeting process along with the FP&A; team

Ideal Candidate Attributes And Experience

- CA with 3+ years of experience in similar roles
- Strong Excel skills and ability to build dynamic models
