Responsibilities

- Development of a new service across demand and operations streams;
- Presentation of the service to customers;
- Search and communication, sales of digital service to small businesses;
- Calls to customers;
- Conducting surveys by phone and offline;
- Search for new service growth points;
- Identification of operational issues from customers.

Qualifications

- Have solid verbal and written communications skills in English and Marathi;
- Quick learner, want to reach new skills;
- Ambitious and passionate attitude;
- Good negotiating skills;
- Can identify strengths and weaknesses of services and products;
- Can work with large amounts of data;
- Work outside office at markets in Pune.
