Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for driving growth by identifying new clients and expanding relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include researching markets and target segments, generating and qualifying leads, and conducting outreach through calls, emails, and digital channels. The specialist will prepare and present service proposals, coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate information, and maintain a structured pipeline using CRM or similar tools.

This role also involves supporting marketing initiatives,



gathering client feedback, and providing high-quality customer service to enhance client retention and referrals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to identify opportunities and assess client needs.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to explain services clearly, prepare proposals, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation skills to create, manage, and nurture a pipeline of prospective clients.

- Understanding of tax, compliance, and registration services (e.g., income tax, GST, company and LLP registrations) is highly beneficial.
- Experience in business development, sales, or consulting in financial or professional services is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet targets and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
