Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and generating leads for Star Consulting Global’s learning and development solutions.

Day-to-day tasks include managing prospect pipelines, preparing and delivering client presentations, coordinating with internal teams to develop proposals, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.



The specialist will track key metrics, provide regular sales reports, and collaborate with program and marketing teams to align offerings with client needs and market trends.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to identify opportunities and understand industry trends.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, present solutions, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills and a track record in business development or sales to grow the client base.
- Relevant experience in consulting, learning and development, or professional services business development is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, along with proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software.
- Ability to work collaboratively, meet targets, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate a proactive, results-focused approach.
